"Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
http://www.claretandhugh.info/sixty-percent-of-season-tickets-to-renew/

Over 31,000 West Ham season ticket holders have yet to renew at the London Stadium with just 35 days to go until the deadline.

West Ham claimed an 18% renewal rate on the first day of the renewal period in March and Claret and Hugh have been told that since then it has further increased to 40% renewal rate which accounts for over 20,800 of the 52,000 holders.

Current season ticket holders have until 5pm on Wednesday 31 May 2017 to renew their seats at which point their seat will be offered to another supporter on the 55,000 strong waiting list.

We have been told that the 31,000 seats which have not renewed already have been allocated to a name in the waiting list which will be offered out after the June relocation period has ended. The club insists that they will be no extension of the renewal deadline and supporters will lose their seat unless they renew before the end of the May.

Do you always get tickets easy enough on the ticket exchange?

I've decided to renew I wasn't going to but I will now, there I've said it!

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
I've taken the plunge and put myslef and my boy on the waiting list. When they eventually come through, I will rely on the ticket exchange thingy, as I won't be able to get to lots of matches, so I hope they have it sorted by then.

Time will tell how long I wait before I'm offered a pair. I won't be tremendously surprised if they offer a couple this summer, despite the alleged 55k queue.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
Johnson - the people not renewing have offered the tickets, not the fuckwits that run the club. Just making the point that if a lifelong Hammer that's on the official list doesn't what to take up a ticket option in that scenario, it doesn't bode well for the supposed 55k.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
Like always I'll renew on the last day but considering we are still in April and not yet safe I'd say the numbers sold so far is pretty good.

It's up to the divs to buy players that will help fill the stadium. This seasons been a fucking disaster when we really could have pushed on.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
My spurs tickets are in block 125, right next to the away block, so happy with that. Should be lively! God knows where they'll offer a ST. Not sure where the best block is, 114 looks ok.

Proven liars tell lies, they've already offer Bert's mate a look, so a little call and word that you'll buy NO tickets unless they sell you two and you'll get two.

C&P from TO reply to my email

"Unfortunately, you would need to wait until their allocation time in order to be all sat together. They wouldn’t be able to jump up the queue to be sat with you"

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
There are 11 of us that sit together, 3 have definitely binned it, 2 are actively considering not renewing, and none of the others have yet renewed. Add into that that a mate who is on the waiting list has been offered the tickets of those not renewing, thereby circumventing the mysterious waiting list and being able to sit with his mates, is none to sure that he will take them up and you can draw your on conclusions. That may be because he has realised we're a bunch of cunts though.

Either the MANY people on here reporting the club is telling them they are on the waiting list are lying or Brady is lying.

Seeing as Brady is a proven liar then I think we know where the truth lies.

It may well lie in their own sheer incompetence though I suppose.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
I'm in a tricky position because I'm very near the top of the waiting list but my son, who I have been buying tickets with as a Claret member, is miles down the list. I checked with the TO and they told me that I can't buy him a ST. This puts me in the odd situation that I am on the list, am expecting to be offered a ticket but won't be able to buy one because I can't see the point of sitting on my own. Pissed off but quite like the position of the seats I have been getting so not losing sleep over it.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
I had to pay a tenner to be on some list when I renewed, this was then deducted from the total, so I guess I'm on it but I don't have access to that email account any more.

You only have to see the amount of multiple user names on here to guess that it's not accurate.

For your convenience to complete the Season Ticket Waiting List online form, your Client Reference Number is: 7*****

I know for a fact I'm on the waiting list while I already have an ST, so Whetstone and Brady are spouting bollocks

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
55,000 is pretty much double the capacity of the stadium.

Think how mental that is.

I know we have a big support... but the idea that we could have potentially sold 110,000 (ONE HUNDRED AND TEN THOUSAND) season tickets last year is fucking barmy.

There might be 55,000 people on a list somewhere, but there is no chance they represent people who want to buy a season ticket but dont yet have one.

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
The acid test will be if they go general sale. If so then this waiting list bollox is just that...

Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
Johnson. Whetstone posted this yesterday in reply to a post under the original article. It could just be PR. But it did cross my mind a while back that maybe, due to errors in the way their system is set up to collect names, they actually think that figure is real? It's for certain that there are people on the list who shouldn't be, as plenty of people have popped up on forums etc saying they're on it but shouldn't be.

According to Karren Brady at a meeting yesterday at which I was present she confirmed the 55,000 waiting does exist, is not made up and is not double counted in any way.

Johnson 7:05 Thu Apr 27
Re: "Sixty percent of season tickets to renew"
Given that we already know people have been put on the waiting list despite already having an ST or never expressing an interest in wanting one I think it is a lie there is 55k on it.

Especially as it's jumped 5k despite us having a very poor stadium with low crowd turnouts and unsold tickets on the exchange.
